Phasing Back

Updated: Jun 19

If you haven't had a chance to read the latest on Springbot's plans for reopening the office, make sure you check out the email Abby Weatherby sent about it. And here are three things to help end the week on a good note: 1. This is one way to keep your kids busy. A Connecticut girl has been spending her free time to help others, making art kits for children in need. Since she started, she's made over 1,000 kits containing paper, coloring books, crayons and other supplies. "A young girl with a big heart has found just the way to cheer up other kids stuck at home during the pandemic. Chelsea Phaire, a 10-year-old from Danbury, Connecticut, has sent more than 1,500 children in homeless shelters and foster care homes art kits to give them something uplifting to do when they're feeling down." CNN 2. Looking to build a fort? Maybe you're tired of looking at the same three rooms in your home every day. Or maybe you just need an escape from your roommates. Whatever the reason, IKEA has you covered. "Thankfully, IKEA has published a set of how-to guides for the perfect family activity: building blanket forts. Now just like every other set of IKEA furniture, there is some assembly required—but the Swedish company made sure to include illustrated instructions for each of their designs." Good News Network 3. Looking for something to binge? If you ever wondered if watching someone create giant animals out of flowers and grass could be transfixing and entertaining (it is), then go to Netflix and check out The Big Flower Fight ASAP.

Fun Fact - Ana has performed in Carnegie Hall! Welcome Ana! Mind Edit Anyone interested in something breathing exercise? I have found them particularly helpful to start the morning off with. Try the Wim Hof breathing method! Note - Wim is a little intense - he's the dutch extreme athlete who has set Guinness world records for swimming in freezing waters for long periods of time and holds "the record for a barefoot half-marathon on ice and snow"... - but his breathing exercises are super interesting!  'Bot Squad Please say hello to our next 'Bot: James Beaumont!
